The artwork for HEAVEN AND HELL will showcase the album’s original “Smoking Angels” cover art by Lynn Curlee on the front and an illustration of the band by artist Harry Carmean on the back. Both picture discs will feature newly remastered audio and are limited to 4,000 copies each.
